Additional Charges

Each item on your order will be charged and shipped out to you, as soon as it is available, or as specified in your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.

Please be aware that delivery times are included in our Terms and Conditions page as guidelines and actual delivery will depend on stock availability.

  Murder Mystery Plays

Please note that there is no delivery charge for Murder Mystery Plays as these are delivered to you by electronic download.

There is a a charge for the delivery of the certificate of license, permitting an additional performance of these plays.

All of these plays are provided to you for one performance, and one performance only. Additional performances can be ordered on our website.

If you order an additional performance you will be issued with a certificate of license to perform the play again. Postage and packing will be charged for the issuing of this certificate.

The plays are NOT delivered by post. You will receive an email—please check your junk or trash folders for this email—with a hyperlink. Clicking on the hyperlink will take you to a download area where you can download the compressed files.

You have a period of 48 hours in which to download the files, and the hyperlink can only be accessed once.

Should you fail to click on the hyperlink, and download the files within a period of 48 hours, then Galactic publishers can charge for manual intervention to deliver the files to you, either electronically or by post. The minimum charge for this service is £15.00.

  Overseas Deliveries

The below costs are for the UK only. If you wish to order from outside of the UK please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you with your order and outline the delivery costs to you.

   Delivery Costs

1 Item: £2.00

2 to 5 Items: £2.00 for the first item and an additional £1.00 is added for each additional item.

6 to 10 Items: £8.00

11 to 30 Items: £20.00

If your order exceeds 30 items which requires extra postage and packing you may contact us via email or telephone and you will be advised of any extra costs your order will not be processed without your acceptance.
